Sam Nail Supply offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $100. Please be aware that this free shipping does not apply to heavy items (weighing more than 8 lbs) or oversized products like furniture and equipment. Instead, for these items, we offer a 10% discount off your total invoice, which will be applied as a credit towards your shipping costs. For instance, if your order totals $1000, you will receive a $100 credit to offset your shipping expenses.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.Marketplace orders may take 1-3 weeks to be delivered. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages

Buyerhave to inspect the quality and quantity the Goods at the time and place of delivery and sign the proof of delivery. If there are any damages or lost, buyer has to notify Sam's Nail Supply immediately before signing the proof of delivery. Sam's Nail Supply will not responsible for any damages or lost of products after delivering the goods to Buyer. The proof of Delivery is a proof thatBuyer accepts the Goods “AS IS” with any faults.

The Buyer’s failure to give notice of any claim within 24 hoursfrom the date of delivery will constitute an unqualified acceptance of the Goods and operate as a waiver by the Buyer of all claims with respect to the Goods.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Electric parts and items are not returnable if products are opened or used. We also do not accept products that are gift cards, healthor personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Marketplaceitems

    We do not recommend customers to return the marketplace item because the cost of shipping back the item may be even higher than the value of the product itself. Refunds cannot be accepted if sellers have sent the correct product to customers in good condition, and as described.

    Packages that shipped from the USA can be returned to the seller's local warehouse but customers will have to pay for the shipping fees which are the shipping costs from sellers to customers, we will also offer a full product refund when the returned product has not been used or damaged.

    Some packages may also have customs clearance problems and can not be delivered to the destination because of a certain country's customs policies.

    We will try to help you to solve the customs clearance problem but not resend a new package again because it will not arrive either.

    Order change/ cancellation

    A refund for 100% of the customer’s purchase price will be issued to the customer for a canceled order prior to the order has been processed. After the order has been processed/shipped, any requests for change or cancellation of the order will be subjected to a cancellation/restocking fee of30% of the total order amount. NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGE ON A SPECIAL/DISCOUNTORDER.
